STUDY ABROAD
Students studying in the Department of Applied English at this college, in addition to obtaining a bachelor's or associate's degree issued by Sheng-te Christian College, can also obtain foreign diplomas through the following methods:
- Dallas Baptist University 3+1 cooperation program: Dallas Baptist University is located in Dallas, Texas, USA. It is a long-established Christian university. After completing three years of studies in Sheng-te and achieving English scores that meet the requirements of Dallas Baptist University, students are able to finish their last academic year at the university. They can obtain the graduation diploma of both schools at the same time after graduation.
- College of the Canyons (COC) 1+1 cooperation plan: Canyons Community College is located in California. During one academic year at Sheng-te, all subjects are taught in small classes under the joint supervision of both parties, and each course is taught by top-notch teachers and experts in the field to ensure that the subject areas of the course are fully understood from different perspectives and courses. All the credits in the first year of Sheng-te are recognized by COC. In the second academic year, students can choose to take courses online or in-person from COC. In the second academic year, whether they study online or on campus, students have the opportunity to grow up with students who come from all over the world and have the same interests. After completing 60 credits in two years, students will be awarded a double associate degree, paving the way for students who wish to enroll in universities in the United States in the future.
- College of the Canyons Exchange Students: Students can choose to attend our four-year university, in which they can participate in the "Exchange Student Program" between Sheng-te Christian College (SCC) and COC, and study at the COC campus in the United States for one semester or one summer vacation. All credits are recognized by Sheng-te Christian College. Students can become fluent in English and experience other cultures, and they can connect with new friends from all over the world. These foreign experiences can help students learn new skills and acquire knowledge, so that students are more likely to have a chance to achieve their future goals.
In addition to cooperating with foreign universities, Sheng-te also co-organizes summer activities from elementary school to K12 with the Bromsgrove International School of the Royal Academy in Bangkok during winter and summer vacations, allowing students to expand their knowledge and understanding of the world from multiple perspectives, and make full use of this opportunity to explore every corner of the world.
